horizontal and vertical band saws, to state-of-the-art computerized vertical and horizontal contour cutting
equipment. We use a wide range of foam-cutting equipment to ensure that our capabilities meet your needs.

Our deform cutters produce multiple contours on the surface without the high cost of molds. Cutters are
used extensively in office furniture applications.
Our automatic horizontal and vertical slitters are used for high-speed, accurate cutting of straight cuts from
1/4” to 6” or more, or for slicing or contour/pattern-cut shapes.
Computer-controlled contour cutter produces accurate, consistent, intricate patterns and precise parts that
cannot be matched by hand-cutting foam.
For finishing work, we have angle saws, deform cutters, buffing and bull-nosing machines.
